Barcelona Stall on Joao Cancelo Deal, Hope for Late Summer Windfall
FC Barcelona are playing a patient game in their pursuit of Manchester City’s Joao Cancelo. The Catalan giants are keen to sign with the Portuguese full-back after a successful loan spell last season, but financial constraints have forced them to adopt a cautious approach.
